SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our company is based in Nova Scotia, Canada & we ship primarily via Canada Post & UPS.
Shipping times are estimated during the processing of each order and are subject to natural adjustments & delays once they’ve entered the mailing system.
We will do our absolute best to keep things on track and keep our customers in the loop throughout the processing & shipment of each order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to get an exchange or your hard-earned money back. Complete your return request by filling out this form and starting the return process
We accept all items back and deem 100% credits that meet the following criteria:
• Original condition including the packaging
• 30 Days within purchase
Approval of refund is centered solely on the previous criteria and if the refund is subject to approval, we will begin to process refund & credit will be added to the original method of payment within 4-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We want to do our best to keep you in the loop.
Once we receive your return, we will touch base via email to let you know we received it and the approval process has begun.
You will be responsible for shipping it back & paying the associated costs. We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee & cannot be responsible if we do not receive your returned item and want you to have the tools to track your package in the result of a mishandled package by your courier.
